Jimmie Johnson Wins in Martinsville
Jimmie Johnson held of Jeff Gordon to win the Goody’s Cool Orange 500 at Martinsville Speedway, it was some good racing, but Jimmie was sure lucky it was Gordon behind him instead of someone else. Jeff didn’t look too happy during the post race interview and he said he felt Jimmie shut the door on him hard a couple times, which I’m sure he did, it would be frustrating to know you had the better car and not be able to win the race. Jeff even said that it should make for some interesting racing in the future, so I think he was saying he won’t give him as good of advice the next time, like he did this race, and he’d sure try to knock him out of the way a litte harder. That’s my version and I’m sticking to it.
